Hazinart Limited is a private limited company incorporated in Cyprus, with its registered office and principal operations in Nicosia. Since 2005, we have held direct equity positions and managed a portfolio of financial assets, with a consistent focus on Central and Eastern European markets.
We do not manage third-party capital. We take a long view of the companies and markets in which we invest — following them closely, staying through cycles, and making decisions at the pace the business warrants, not the market demands.

Equity Holdings
We hold direct stakes in companies operating in Central and Eastern Europe. As shareholders, we are engaged — we follow strategy, governance, and performance closely, and we stay with the companies in which we invest over the long term.
Financial Asset Management
Alongside equity, we manage a portfolio of financial instruments under a framework that prioritises capital preservation and measured, sustainable returns. We do not chase yield at the cost of stability.
Portfolio Oversight
Investment management, for us, is not passive. We monitor our holdings on an ongoing basis, maintain close relationships with management teams, and apply consistent discipline to how we assess risk — and when we act on it.

Hazinart Limited has been headquartered in Nicosia since its incorporation in 2005. The company's investment decisions, management functions, and day-to-day operations are conducted from its registered office in the centre of the Cypriot capital.
Cyprus is not simply a jurisdiction of registration — it is where the company was built and where it continues to operate. As an EU member state with a stable legal framework and a long tradition as a home for international holding companies, it has been the right base from the beginning.
